HIGH TECH SERVICES, RATES AND GUARANTEES

Guarantees are as follows:

No warranty on tenant abuse, structural defects, pre-existing conditions or any specifics that are listed on job invoice.
Big jetter rates - $400 flat rate for first two hours, then $175 per hour, broken into 30 minute increments.
Sewer line location - $200 flat rate for first hour, then $175 per hour, broken into 30 minute increments.
Camera inspection with video tape and line locate - $200 flat rate for first hour, then $175 per hour, broken into 30 minute increments.
Leak detection - $230 flat rate for first two hours, then $115 per hour, broken into 30 minute increments.
Smoke Test: $275 Flat rate first hour, then $225 per hour, broken into 30 minute increments.
Outside leak detection - $275 flat rate for first two hours, then $145 per hour.
Water and gas line location - $195 flat rate for first hour, then $155 per hour, broken into 30 minute increments.
Backflow testing - $65 up to 2 inches; $75 over 2 inches.
All charges are a one-hour minimum, with time starting at customer’s door unless travel time has been approved.
A $14 service call on all plumbing invoices.
